Payment can be made by Credit Card, PayPal Account, or through Direct Debit to our bank account. The total cost below
includes GST and P&P. Please note that the printed book is only available in hardcover. Australian buyers can also arrange their
own delivery, or buy books in bulk. Please email us for details.
Books paid by PayPal or Credit Card will be despatched by Australia Post on the following
working day. Purchases made by Direct Debit will be sent as soon as funds have been transfered.
If paying by Direct Debit, banking details are available when you preceed to the "Direct Debit" payment page.
You may need access to online banking to use the "direct debit" payment option.
Direct Debit banking details will be given on the payment confirmation page and in an email sent to you.
